Short Term Rehabilitation

Our rehabilitation department is staffed by experience, licensed therapists who work closely with our doctors and interdisciplinary team. We provide the most progressive individualized physical, occupational and speech therapy on an outpatient and impatient basis.

We are committed to helping our residents reach their maximum potential and, if possible, return to their previous lifestyle.

Patient conditions that require rehabilitation include:

• Hip, knee, and back surgery
• Cardiovascular or neuromuscular disorders
